celebrate Balearic day at a fantastic gastronomy fair featuring the wonderful local produce of Ibiza's countryside and sea. Some of the island's top chefs will be show cooking using ingredients like lamb, carobs and so on to create delicious dishes before your very eyes. Super chef Albert Adria is also on the list of performers during the weekend 11- 21 on Saturday and Sunday.
