This is a self-defence workshop aimed at women, where they will learn how to defend themselves against aggressions of any kind (gender violence, robbery, street aggressions, etc.)
This very practical and useful seminar conducted by Eligio Fernández (instructor at DKM-Krav Maga Ibiza) will take place on Friday 29 February from 17:00 to 20:00.
Suitable for girls and women over 14 years old. No previous experience required.
