Outdoor cinema specialists Cinema Paradiso have teamed up with the island government to launch a short season of drive-in movies.
When: every Friday from mid June till mid July, at 22:00 h
Where: Recinto de Sa Coma (the old military base close to Amnesia)
The entrance is free.
Entries are limited to 60 vehicles,
Reservation: per email to the Department of Culture at the Consell
The programme includes recent movies, which have been a great success:
June 19 - Knives Out
June 26 - 1917
July 3 - Joker
July 10 - TAG
The movie's soundtrack is broadcast out of the car radio, you can choose audio in either English or Spanish.
There is a limit of five persons per car and, due to strict regulations, you are only allowed to get out of the car for a bathroom break, with a mask.
There will be no food and drinks sold, so please bring your own. Cinema Paradiso will be handing out the popcorn!
