Santa Eulalia has almost 500 parking places in the 'blue zones' which allow parking for limited time periods. Unlike Ibiza, they are free, but not for long. Parking in the ten streets of the blue zone will soon be chargeable, but for some reason this change won't happen until after the local elections in May!
