The Patron Saint's day of Santa Inés is on the 21 January. Santa Inés is a wonderful place to visit in order to discover the real Ibiza.
The highlights of the programme of fiestas are:
21 January - Big day. Solemn mass, procession, traditional dances and cart parade
25 January - Second edition of the "Sofrit pagès" contest (a traditional Ibizan recipe consisting of lamb, chicken, sobrasada and vegetables)
2 February - "Festa de s'Ametlla de Corona", stalls with almond desserts and a great paella
7 February - Night walk, under the moonlight, among the almond orchards
9 February - Children party, with games, workshops, handicrafts, hut construction and more.
23 February - Running event "Flor de s'Ametller" (almond flower race).
