The most important and religious day of the fiesta.
The day begins at 9am with a Salutation Mass in the church, followed by a parade with music from the group "Santísimo Cristo de la Agonía".
At 11am : Solemn Mass. followed by a religious procession.
At 12:00 noon : Folk dancing in the square and an invitation to sample the local pastries and partake of a glass of wine.
At 1pm : Parade of horses and carts.
In the evening another mass at 8pm. This is followed by a prize giving ceremony for winners of the past week's competitions.
At 10pm : a concert in front of the church by the Banda Municipal de Música de Santa Eulària and at 11pm the Lost Mountain Orchestra entertain.
At midnight : the firework display, then the fiesta continues.......
