Energy Week Ibiza

Rejuvenate and energise your spirit

If you are looking for rejuvenation and way to energise your spirit amidst an extraordinary natural setting, Ibiza Energy Week could be for you this autumn. Taking place from 24-30 October 2015, the event, now in its fifth year, promises 30 different activities to enliven mind, body and soul, many in the fresh pure air of Ibiza. The event offers a way to discover this beautiful island and a proactive route to holistic revitalisation.

October is an ideal time to enjoy Ibiza, with ambient temperatures of around 25 degrees Celsius. After the hot and hedonist summer, autumn and spring mark the time for contemplation and relaxation, as well as a chance to connect with the spiritual side of the island.

With 30 different activities, including workshops on health, nutrition and spirituality across some extraordinary locations, the event provides a proactive way to heal and enliven the self. Think sparkling bays, beautiful landscapes and azure blue skies, surrounded by sunshine and radiant people and you get an idea of what to expect. People coming to this event tend to have a common mission to discover their own inner resources and potential.

Each day is designed in sections to help you get the most out of the programme, with morning meditation and yoga, followed by some beach or spa time with fresh food on offer too. This neatly prepares you for afternoon presentations, talks and workshops, so you’re relaxed and ready to learn. Then going into evening, you can mix and socialise over dinner with some great healthy food amidst beautiful art and music. You can even book individual treatments and coaching sessions with tickets available for purchase throughout the day.

As well as several types of yoga on offer, there will be new ways to experience mindfulness exercises during walks through the spectacular wild nature of Ibiza. There will also be a guided walk to the top of Sa Talaia, the island’s highest mountain, from which you can survey the beautiful landscape. Another highlight is a boat trip to Benirrás beach to see the fabled sunset drummers by sunset; it’s then followed by a meditative return under a pretty starlit sky to the port of San Antonio. For an additional spiritual boost and to embrace the nature here, there will be sunset ceremonies and mantra singing circles too.

Four different week passes are available for you to choose from: two Week Pass Basic passes and two Week Pass Plus ones. With the plus package you get everything in the basic pass, with a daily raw and vegetarian picnic, cold pressed juices and raw organic Kombucha, made here on the island. There are individual day and activity passes available, though to get the most benefit, the organisers suggest you go for a Week Pass, since you’ll save up to 60% compared with individual bookings. Plus the full range of activities are at your disposal.
