New mini rugby academy at the Can Misses Rugby ground with games and coaching aimed at both girls and boys between the ages of 5 and 12 who wish to try this sport. No previous experience is necessary.You are welcome regardless of your height, weight or level of experience. You will need a pair of trainers or rugby boots, a pair of shorts and ideally a sturdy jersey.
Every Tuesday and Thursday from 5pm to 6pm . Just turn up to any of the training sessions and introduce yourself to the coaches and give it go.
